State-of-the-art student accommodation built on a 15,000 m2 plot of land ideally situated 15 minutes from the University of Manchester. The building itself is 25,000 m2 and consists of 500 fully equipped rooms boasting 100% occupancy rates since the project opened in 2014. Awarded a “Green Building” award for being environmentally friendly and energy-efficient, the project is low maintenance, free of any competition in the area, and yields a very high return.
